Am having a similar issue here -- I can't seem to download anything using BitTorrent. The download speed on average is extremely low since upgrading to Windows 10 -- roughly 10.0kb/s. I have also been reading lately that torrent sites are blocking Windows 10 users -- something to do with piracy issues.
