Hello, We switched to Plusnet from Sky around the 17th of December. A few months into the contract we started experiencing random internet drops but inconsistently enough to not be much of a major issue. The connection of internet services constantly gets lost. In order to get connection back I have to reboot the router or power off the modem for 30 seconds then turn it back on. I've heard that you can backdate to a different firmware and that has fixed the issue but I can't find any info on that.

Dear Sky, I've been having the same problem with the internet dropping many times a day, i have done many line tests and it shows its fine when its clearly not. i spoke to sky on the phone and they tested it a few times one time showed a fault so they sent it to open reach and siad someone would be intouchthey never did. i phoned back a few weeks later and was told the fault was not found
