I had username & password entered in outgoing mail server when it should be left blank. Ended up deleting the troublesome account and readding it with the new password to try and overcome this, and although it appears in the settings as though it’s readded, when I try to access it from the mail app, it’s not showing any of the new emails I KNOW would be there in droves by now!!
