The unfortunate thing for those of us outside of the UK, however, is that iPlayer is only offered to persons in the United Kingdom. However, the BBC iPlayer Kodi addon (iPlayer WWW), lets you access the iPlayer on Kodi pretty much anywhere you can get an internet connection.

It was initially launched as a free service on December 25, 2007 and it is owned and operated by the British Broadcasting Corporation. Viewers in Wales should now find BBC 2 Wales HD on 102. If you are able to also receive signals from an English transmitter, then it looks like that you will have to do a retune in order to ‘get-back’ BBC 2 HD UK. (I found it loaded on 807). Using that information means that the BBC will not display any of the content on iPlayer abroad and also blocks the live BBC stream as well. In fact the only part of the site you can see is the Radio section which is nearly all accessible, apart from the local radio stations for some reason.
